Time window for conduction of energy certificates
 

Public buildings or independent building sectors that are in public use within the buildings for mixed purpose, with useful area larger then 1.000 m2, must have an issued energy certificate displayed on a visible place due to December 31st 2012.

Public buildings are:

  • Business buildings for conduction of paperwork for physical and legal persons

  • State buildings, and other governing bodies’ buildings of local and regional authorities

  • Legal person’s buildings with public authority

  • Courthouses, jails, army barracks

  • Buildings of International institutions, chambers, and business associations

  • Railroad, road, air and water traffic buildings, post offices, telecommunication    buildings, etc.

  • Schools, college buildings, kindergartens, dorms, senior citizens houses etc.

  • Sport facilities and club houses

  • Cultural buildings, theatres, cinemas, museums etc.

  • Hospitals and other buildings intended for healthcare, social care, and rehabilitation.
